A 6 hour courtesy notice is required for cancellations. Any late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full, either directly online or upon the next shop visit.

Frank Rimer, Founder
With over twenty years in barbering and hairdressing, he has honed his craft across leading barbershops, salons, and stages throughout Europe and North America. After a decade running a successful business in England, he now brings that experience to Uptown Waterloo.
His work includes editorials for Vogue and recognition from GQ, alongside collaborations with respected brands such as Wahl. A former educator and Barber of the Year judge at Salon International, his approach is grounded in a genuine passion for barbering and a commitment to every client who sits in the chair.
